Founder and President.

A Graduate of Building Construction/Construction Management from Auburn University College of Architecture Design and Construction (Go Tigers!), Guy is an experienced professional program development manager. His career prior to Bullock Development was the perfect ‘classroom’ for the work the firm now manages for owners.

Sixteen major cities in the United States, Bermuda and Canada have benefited from real estate construction developments he directed for clients. Offices, medical, retail airport facilities, wireless networks, residential and mixed-use developments have been designed, planned and developed under his direction.

Founded in 1999, Atlanta-based Bullock Development, Inc. provides comprehensive real estate development and construction management services and has managed projects across the US, Canada and Bermuda.
